Firstly, I tried to contact Judy Kell, whom I understand is the County Grants Specialist; she did not return my e-mail or phone message, to discover if the $20,00 grant was school based, as I understood it to be. If so, do we have violence in our schools to combat? Do we not have individuals in our government to monitor and design programs to address violence? I am concerned that the money will wasted on pseudo-services of so called "outside experts" we do not know and have no means to hold them accountable.
