"MONTAGUE – The Blarney Bash parade will be taking a detour from last year’s route after a split vote by the Montague City Council approved a motion to not participate in the event’s sophomore celebration.
Citing concerns over the actual benefits to their downtown in comparison to their commitment, Montague’s City Council, Monday evening, supported the motion by a 4-3 vote."
