Based on the proposed project's budget, the most expensive parts are installation of the new playground, construction of the fishing pier, purchase of two barrier-free bathrooms and addition of a parking lot.
Aside from the fact that any "grant" is really borrowing from the earnings of our children and grandchildren, why do we need two more barrier-free bathrooms when we have two barrier-free bathrooms at Heritage Landing that are closed down...even during Summer Celebration?
