"MUSKEGON, MI -- For Muskegon residents attempting to reach officials at the city hall building this morning, including those at the department of public works office or police department, it may be awhile before that’s possible.
City officials said a “major fiber cut” on Apple Avenue this morning, Nov. 18, caused connectivity and phone line issues for Muskegon City Hall."
