Apparently, there was a man with a gun roaming the halls of Harvey Austin Elementary School.
The school was placed on lockdown as a veritable army of police officers - including an armored vehicle and a helicopter - arrived on the scene.
When the dust settled, a gun control activist named Dwayne Ferguson was in custody.
