Here is a breakdown of the schools and positions for which they are still seeking candidates:

• Carman-Ainsworth: One partial term ending in 2016

• Lake Fenton: One four-year term

• LakeVille: No candidates for two six-year terms and one partial term ending in 2016

• Linden: One six-year term

Other school districts with some precincts in Genesee County are also short on candidates. Those districts include:

• Byron in Shiawassee County (precincts in Argentine Township): One four-year term

• Holly in Oakland County (precincts in Fenton): One four-year term
