Reversal in Texas Voter ID Law Case

Reversal in Texas Voter ID Law Case:

"Yet, somehow the judge, U.S. Districe Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos, decided that the Texas voter ID law was unconstitutional and also a “poll tax.” Ramos admitted that she had no evidence that the voter ID requirement was racial in nature. Her ruling was based solely on her own feelings and beliefs.

On Tuesday, a federal appeals court overturned the decision and  Texas’ voter id law will be followed this election."
