MI can use student growth, not just scores for AYP

MI can use student growth, not just scores for AYP
"state Superintendent Mike Flanagan said the change will 'help recognize the hard work being done in schools where students may not be reaching the required proficiency levels on our state MEAP and MI-Access tests, but are making significant progress every year.'"

So, little Dullbert and Dumillia don't need no stinkin' badges for reeden, ritten orr rythmytic to proudly display their "tweaked" Michigan High School Diploma?

Their parent(s) must be SOOO proud....
How 'bout a group hug!

DISGUSTING!
