A couple of interesting bits in an LA Times item on Boxer and Obama doing some fundraising.
They note that Democrats criticized Bush for such efforts, but as with playing golf, Obama is actually doing it more often.

And I worry that Boxer is inciting violence by calling on her supporters to go toe to toe with Tea Party folks.

'Speaking of the ‘tea party' people, I think it's great that they are active and excited and ready to go,' she said.
