The MDARD is also investigating ways to expand on the “Double Up Food Bucks” program provided to Bridge card food assistance program users this summer that allowed them to get twice as much food for the dollar at participating farmer's markets, thanks to support from foundations and the Fair Food Network, who matched every dollar spent.
Lots of free food from lots of free money!
