One challenger has made his intentions known regarding the upcoming election.
Jim Riley, an outspoken fiscal conservative from Norton Shores, said he plans on running against Scolnik for that county board seat.
Riley regularly attends the county board meetings and is sometimes critical of the board’s actions.
