County Commissioner John Snider, the board’s vice chairman, said the loan will “clean up our balance sheet,” voicing his support for the proposal.
“This is being more transparent than it’s ever been,” Hammersley said of the concerns raised about the loan.
Sadly, Hammersley is right.
Bummer for the taxpayers.
