Insider tip led to criminal complaint against Barbara Stellard for false WayPoint pupil counts
Stellard worked at WayPoint, a sixth through 12th grade charter school in Muskegon Township, beginning in 2002 and at least through 2008.
Stellard’s attorney, Terry Nolan, said another employee falsified the documents, and Stellard signed them without knowing they weren’t accurate.
