Detroit City Councilman Scott Benson Arrested on Suspicion of Drunk Driving –  Deadline Detroit:
"WXYZ reports that Detroit City Councilman Scott Benson was found passed out at the wheel at traffic light in Southfield Sunday night and was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
The station reports that he remains in the custody of Southfield Police, and a $500 bond has been set.
 The incident, according to WXYZ, happened around 7:30 p.m. at a traffic light at 8 Mile near the southbound Southfield Rd. service drive.
He was in a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria."
