Ann Arbor roundabout has most crashes in Michigan | MLive.com:
"Located on a major Ann Arbor artery, just south of a major highway and next to a Costco wholesale store, the roundabout connecting State Street and Ellsworth Road sees a lot of traffic.
It also sees a lot of crashes.
According to data from the Michigan State Police, the intersection has far and away the most crashes in the state.
There were 170 reported crashes at the roundabout in 2014, compared to 94 crashes at the second-place intersection--Orchard Lake Road and 12 Mile Road.
...Crashes at the intersection--which straddles Ann Arbor and Pittsfield Township--jumped dramatically in 2013, when a $2.3 million project turned the former four-way stoplight junction into a roundabout.
The project was a joint effort between the City of Ann Arbor, the Washtenaw County Road Commission and Pittsfield Township..."
