"Kentucky Senator Rand Paul today introduced the Separation of Powers Restoration and Second Amendment Protection Act, which would cancel and forbid funding any of Obama’s executive orders on gun control if they undermine the powers reserved for Congress under the Constitution.Paul’s decision to introduce the Act (which should be unnecessary considering what the Bill of Rights has to say about gun ownership) is an effort to preempt Obama’s planned “executive action” on guns."
