Flint Started Online School Early, And 55% Of Students Showed Up – Michigan Capitol Confidential: "The plan Flint Public Schools adopted for the 2020-21 school year included opening in August for online classes only. 
But just 55% of the students enrolled in the district appeared for class during a six-day period in August when school was underway.
