I was born in 1960, and I am able to remember this song, at the time when it was first popular. I had older brothers and a sister, plus a twin. So the older siblings listened, and I also heard, the music of the time, and never really came out of the 70's to listen to a lot of music after that. People ask me why everyone says that music from the 70's was better than any other music. I tell them, it is because it IS better than any other music.
