"The state of Michigan will be relying on individuals submitting reports of violations as a way to enforce restrictions on Thanksgiving Day gatherings.
On Sunday, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Service issued an order limiting all holiday gatherings to just two households and no more than 10 people.
That means a family hosting a Thanksgiving dinner could only invite individuals from one other household.
