Until just a few years ago, racial differences, according to polls, were more or less receding. Intermarriage between racial groups is at historic highs.
But by 2014-2015, with the birth of Black Lives Matter, its courting by the Obama Administration, and the emergence of the electronic social media mob and cancel culture, such progress seems to have ended.
