Neil Oliver is not a scientist. He's a Scottish news presenter. He doesn't give statistics or cite studies not approved by Facebook's "fact" checkers. He's just a dude -- or I guess a "bloke" -- giving his opinion on something that concerns him. I'm actually surprised the UK didn't have him arrested mid-sentence for "misinformation."
Since here in America our president is launching a new round of panic porn to scare citizens, I feel Oliver's monologue is something for all of us to listen to and consider.
