Joe Biden, the most popular president ever and a guy "independent" "fact" checkers claim is in full control of his mental faculties, is speaking at the United Nations today. He's actually meandering his way through a speech as I write this. Courtney and I will have more on that later. Yesterday, Biden had a kibitz with United Nations Secretary-General Antnio Guterres. The press was assembled to promote it, but not to ask any questions. As you'll see, as a Biden aide freaks the f*ck out and shoos the reporters away as fast as she can.
