Somebody brings coronavirus to the nursing home, July – long after proper procedures were known and in place.
A natural virus with its own infectivity (& particular virulence for elderly, infirm) "does its thing", yet widow blames Trump."

“...For the third year in a row, members of Congress have set a record for the cost of earmarks during the supposed earmark moratorium.
...Legislators added $15.9 billion in earmarks in FY 2020, an increase of 3.9 percent from the $15.3 billion in FY 2019.

...They are, in essence, a means with which powerful members of Congress buy votes to guarantee their re-election.
...In the past, the organization explains, Members of Congress were required to add their names to earmarks, at least giving the public some insight to who was abusing the process, this is no longer the case.
...The National debt, according to Debt Clock.org as of this writing stood at over $27 trillion.
CAGW notes...One estimate suggests that the pandemic will add $8 trillion to CBO’s FY 2030 projection, for a total of $44.2 trillion.”
...in 2017 that the debt at the end of 2008 — just before Obama took office — stood at roughly $10,699,805,000,000.
The debt as Obama left office stood at $19,573,445,000,000.
Despite that near-doubling of the debt, it is difficult to find any gains in key areas during his administration....Read all.

How the Centers for Disease Control Went Woke
  • A look at the experts and the arguments that persuaded a government agency to prioritize 'equity' over saving lives
"In 2015, Dayna Bowen Matthew, the dean of George Washington University Law School, published a paper concerning racial disparities in health care.
She traced those disparities back to the Founding Fathers and argued their persistence today reflects the "structural violence" of American society.
Matthew was 1 of 11 people who helped draft the Centers for Disease Control's ethical framework for allocating COVID-19 vaccines.
She is also listed as a "health equity" consultant to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, which voted in November to vaccinate essential workers before the elderly, partly on the grounds that the elderly skew white—only to pull back Sunday in the face of outrage from across the political spectrum...Read all.

Student 'Debt Forgiveness' Is an Immoral Sham

Student 'Debt Forgiveness' Is an Immoral Sham
  • Democrats want to transfer wealth, but it won't benefit who you think it will.
"The American Left, including 239 nonprofit and community organizations, has called on presumptive president Joe Biden to embrace student-loan forgiveness and unilaterally cancel nearly $1.7 trillion in student debt.
The rationale?
The move would ostensibly stimulate the economy — and reduce the racial wealth gap.
...As ever, leftists attempt to add gravitas to their argument by inserting race and gender into it, but even some of their own are skeptical.
...Research by the Urban Institute makes that dynamic even clearer: It explains that “debt forgiveness plans would be regressive — providing the largest monetary benefits to those with the highest incomes.”
...“Hardly anything could be more divisive than shunting taxpayer dollars at folks who’ve been to college while low-skilled workers bear the brunt of our current economic pain,” the National Review editorial board concludes.
For college-educated, bicoastal American elites who view half of America as “deplorable,” that’s a feature, not a bug...Read all.

Girl Scouts rebuke Boy Scouts in escalating recruitment war
"NEW YORK (AP) — Lawyers for the Girl Scouts say that the century-old organization is now directly competing with the Boy Scouts for female recruits and that it's not a fair fight.
The lawyers filed papers Thursday in federal court in Manhattan to repel an effort by the Boy Scouts to toss out a 2-year-old trademark infringement lawsuit.
Lawyers for the Boy Scouts last month asked a judge to reject claims that the organization is infringing on trademarks when it recruits girls with words like “scouts" and “scouting.”
The Girl Scouts say in their filing that the Boy Scouts' marketing of expanded services for girls is “highly damaging.”

There has never been more massive GASLIGHTING what The Swamp is doing over voter fraud

There has never been more massive gaslighting than what The Swamp is doing over voter fraud
  • Who's doing it? Mainstream media. Big Tech. Every Democrat lawmaker. Even many (most?) Republican lawmakers are on board with the attack on our national psyche.
"One of the most misused words in modern society is “gaslighting.”
...But we’re witnessing the most blatant and widespread attempt at mass gaslighting that we’ve seen in the nation’s history.
The Swamp wants us to believe widespread voter fraud didn’t happen and if we think it did, then we must be insane.
According to Psychology Today, “Gaslighting is a tactic in which a person or entity, in order to gain more power, makes a victim question their reality.
It works much better than you may think.
Anyone is susceptible to gaslighting, and it is a common technique of abusers, dictators, narcissists, and cult leaders.”
Abusers.
Dictators.
Narcissists.
Cult leaders.
Throw in useful idiots and the self-proclaimed arbiters of truth in media and Big Tech and it seems like we have The Swamp perfectly nailed as perpetrators of massive gaslighting.
They want you to believe the case is closed...Read all.

Ann Arbor Schools Latest To Stop Giving Failing Grades During Pandemic
"The Ann Arbor Public Schools is not awarding any poor or failing grades to its middle school and high school students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The school district said its policy is similar to what the University of Michigan, Michigan State University and other public school districts are doing.
